Sevendyne Consultancy Services LLP ("Sevendyne", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit sevendyne.com, use our public tools (for example pricing calculators), book calls through linked schedulers, read content served from our blog integration, correspond with us by email at contact@sevendyne.com or hr@sevendyne.com (see sections below), or engage us for professional services. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and any separate written agreement you sign for a specific engagement.

1. Services this policy covers

Sevendyne builds and manages engineering teams for client organisations — either as full engineering pods (we lead delivery on your roadmap) or dedicated engineering team (your leads direct the team; we run team operations). Services include business applications, AI automation, and systems engineering; 100% IP transfer under Work for Hire terms where applicable; and the Transparent 15% Model (pass-through engineer costs plus a flat 15% team fee) as described on Services, Engineering delivery, How we work, Case studies, and Pricing. Where a written engagement includes back-office team operations, we process related workforce records as part of that scope. Personal data may be processed when we deliver or discuss any of the above, plus website and marketing activity. Depending on your relationship with us, that can include:

Full engineering pods — building, integrating, or modernising applications, APIs, and industrial systems with technical leadership and code review as defined in your statement of work (see Case studies and Portfolio — technical skills).
Dedicated engineering team engagements — team building, contracts, and onboarding where you direct technical work and Sevendyne staffs engineers on your programme (see Pricing).
IP transfer & programme enablement — contractual IP assignment, onboarding, ramp-up, and programme data when you engage us for engineering pods (see How we work).
Team operations records (when in scope) — compensation, payslips, tax, and related filings for engineers on your programme, as defined in your written agreement.
Engineering programme enquiries — names and contact details you submit on forms, email, or scheduling links related to programmes on Capabilities.
Website, tools & marketing — contact and expansion enquiries, brochures and portfolio materials, and understanding how visitors use our public pages and calculators.

Ongoing operations typically use the Transparent 15% model (pass-through salaries plus team operations fee) or fixed retainers, as defined in your specific agreement. Exact fees and scope are defined in your agreement; this policy describes how we handle personal data regardless of programme shape.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Personal & business contact data

Name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, billing or registered address
Enquiry and meeting details (including information you submit via contact forms, email, or scheduling links)
Communication records (email, calls notes where we record them for follow-up)

2.2 team operations & statutory records (when in scope)

When your engagement includes back-office team operations for engineers on your programme, we may process categories such as:

Employee or contractor identifiers; date of birth; PAN; bank account details for salary; compensation and deductions; attendance and leave; identifiers required by applicable law
Documents needed for team building, tax, and corporate filings where in scope
Resumes and interview notes when we build your engineering team

2.3 Software delivery & technical environments

Project requirements, specifications, credentials for staging systems (handled under your instructions and our access policies)
Code, configuration, and operational data you place in repositories or environments we help operate — governed by your contract and confidentiality terms

2.4 Technical & usage data

IP address, browser, device, and approximate location (from IP)
Pages viewed, referring URLs, session activity, and aggregated analytics on our website
Cookies and similar technologies (see below)

3. How we use your information

To perform contracts — programme delivery, custom software and integration work, IP transfer under Work for Hire, team operations where in scope, and technical leadership you have engaged us for
To respond to enquiries, send proposals, schedule calls, and operate sales and client onboarding
To meet legal and regulatory obligations in India and other jurisdictions where applicable (tax, labour, corporate filings)
To secure our systems, detect abuse, and protect Sevendyne, clients, and individuals
To improve our website and service delivery through aggregated or de-identified insights where appropriate

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

For individuals in jurisdictions that require a stated basis: we rely primarily on performance of a contract, legal obligation (statutory filings and record-keeping), and, where allowed, legitimate interests in operating a professional services business and securing our platform. Where consent is required (for example certain marketing cookies or optional communications), we will ask separately.

5. Information sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

Service providers who assist us — for example cloud hosting, email delivery, accounting and payroll platforms (we use structured tools such as Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, and Zoho Books for many operating workflows), calendar scheduling, and IT security — only on our instructions and subject to confidentiality
Professional advisers — chartered accountants, company secretaries, auditors, or lawyers when your engagement requires coordinated filings or advice
Authorities when required by law, court order, or lawful government request
Clients or counterparties only where necessary to deliver the service you asked for (for example payroll reporting to your finance lead)

Some subprocessors may host or process data outside India; we use appropriate safeguards and contractual protections consistent with the engagement.

7. Data retention

We use first-party cookies and browser storage only where needed for site operation (for example language or currency preference on the pricing page). We do not currently load third-party marketing or analytics trackers (such as Google Ads, Apollo.io, or LinkedIn Insight Tag) on sevendyne.com. If we reintroduce such tools in future, we will do so only with appropriate consent where required by law.

Third-party services you navigate to (for example Calendly scheduling or our WordPress blog) may set their own cookies; see their privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Third-party sites & embeds

We link to external sites (Calendly, LinkedIn, WordPress-hosted blog content, etc.). Those services have their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. International users & transfers

Sevendyne is based in India. If you are outside India, your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our subprocessors operate. We use appropriate safeguards (including contractual clauses where required) when we transfer personal data across borders in connection with client engagements.

12. Children’s privacy

Our website and professional services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example a notice on our website).
